No. It’s recommended that you don’t wash your karate belt to avoid shrinkage.

If you must wash it, hand wash it in cold water with a mild detergent and air dry. Do not machine wash or machine dry. For heavy soiling, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent then air dry.

To store your belt, fold it in half lengthwise and store it in a cool, dry place.
